                   Soaking-up the morning sun on the south-eastern tip of Sardinia, this delightful family villa is quietly positioned amid a hectare of private grounds, directly beside white sands. With cacti and colorful flowers and shrubs, there are sunny lawns meeting the beach at the front, and a huge walled garden to the rear, shaded by maritime pines. The house opens out to loggias on both sides, the sea-facing terrace furnished for al fresco dining; while its airy interiors are a charming harmony of rustic-chic furniture, vibrant fabrics and eclectic objets d’art. There are two bedrooms at either side of the house, the master bedroom and a second double bedroom at the front of the property look out over the gardens towards the sea and two further bedrooms at the back of the property look out over the gardens to the side or the rear of the property.
