The pool area features lots of sunshine and is well set up for private parties and poolside activities.

 In addition to access to the Pedregal private beach, Villa Fiesta del Sol features a private pool and large hot tub. A perfect accent to this home, the pool and spa will provide relaxing hours with your family and friends.

The room also features a high definition 55" flat screen TV and integrated stereo system to accent all your Fiestas.

The high end kitchen appliances are accented with beautiful granite counter-tops and a large working area. Cooking up a feast for your family and friends is a pleasure in Villa Fiesta del Sol.

The kitchen is designed and set up to cater a gourmet meal and we have private chefs available upon request.

Six of our seven bedrooms have there own private bathrooms, and 4 of the bedrooms also have there own Private Terraces. Each Bedroom is very large and features plenty of closet space and storage. The 7th Bedroom is set up with a Murphy bed as that bedroom can also be used as a games room for Video games and whatever the latest craze is for kids. Bed sizes: 1 king, 4 queens, a double and an extra large single.

There are eight bathrooms with in-suite bathroom for six bedrooms. Each bathroom is finished with beautiful fixtures in spacious settings.

Since there is outdoor parking for 6 vehicles, the  double garage was converted to a Games room / Gym area. Here we have Ping Pong, Foosball, Dart Board as well as a Stationary Bicycle and Step Master for exercising. Other areas include a beautiful outside fountain, and a Fung Shui front entrance.

Pedregal has the biggest and most Private Beach in all of Cabo, it is not recommended as a swim able beach, but here you can relax and get away from it all. The other main beaches of Cabo Saint Lucas are quite swimmable, and Mendano Beach, the largest and most lively beach in Cabo is just a few minutes away. Pedregal Beach also features an area to hang your hammock and enjoy the best of Cabo. Many people come to Pedregal Beach each night to watch the sunset as the Beach faces west and here you can watch the sun disappear into the Pacific Ocean.
